Benjee Word Add-in Installation Guide

Step 1: Download the Installer

Download the Benjee Word Add-in installer package for Windows.

Extract the ZIP file to a location on your computer.
Double-click the "Benjee-Installer.hta" file
If you see a security warning, click "Run" or "Open"
In the installer window that appears, click the "Install Now" button
Wait for the installation to complete
This should take just a few seconds
Start or restart Microsoft Word
In Word, click on the "Insert" tab in the ribbon
Click on "My Add-ins"
Select "Benjee Writing Assistant" from the list

If you're having trouble with the installation, here are some common issues and solutions:

Make sure you've restarted Word after installation. If it still doesn't appear, try clicking on "Refresh" in the "My Add-ins" dialog.

This is normal. The installer needs to modify your system to register the add-in. Click "Run" or "Yes" to continue.

Make sure you're running the installer as an administrator. Right-click on the installer and select "Run as administrator".
