If you're having trouble with the installation, here are some common issues and solutions:
Make sure you've restarted Word after installation. If it still doesn't appear, try clicking on "Refresh" in the "My Add-ins" dialog.
This is normal. The installer needs to modify your system to register the add-in. Click "Run" or "Yes" to continue.
Make sure you're running the installer as an administrator. Right-click on the installer and select "Run as administrator".
